Glianny is a partner in the Labor & Employment practice group. Her experience as a high-stakes employment and business litigator has given her a full appreciation of the value and cost of human capital. Delaware Corporate Annual Reports, Franchise Tax Returns Due Soon

Delaware entities’ Corporate Annual Reports and franchise taxes for the prior year are due annually on or before March 1 and are required to be filed/paid online. The Delaware Secretary of State’s website provides instructions on the two methods of determining taxes owed, a comparison calculator and access to the portal for filing reports and paying taxes.
