I am an associate in the firm’s New Ventures group. I focus on representing and advising entrepreneurs and emerging companies from formation through funding to exit. Prior to joining Thompson Hine, I worked at another large firm where I was a member of the Strategic Transaction Group and specialized in capital markets and M&A transactions.
Outside of the office, I enjoy soccer, basketball and being overly optimistic about Detroit Sports.
