I am senior counsel in the firm’s New Ventures group. I represent startups and growth companies in business transactional matters. As the go-to attorney for our clients’ day-to-day needs, I focus my practice on drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including technology licensing agreements (both on-premise and SaaS), master services and consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, reseller and distribution agreements, terms of service, and other commercial agreements. I often act as quasi-in-house counsel for our clients when negotiating contracts with customers or service providers. I advise companies on key formation issues such as entity selection, vesting, equity compensation, advisory board and management structure, as well as early stage employment and privacy matters.
I began my legal career at Thompson Hine before leaving to be stay-at-home mom to three kids. I returned to the firm in 2012 to join the New Ventures practice. I love the fast-paced nature of the practice and the enthusiasm of the entrepreneurs we represent.
